I would be tempted to if one was made despite me not being an MMO person. Although it depends on how much of a story there is. For me, the characters/story/writing are one of the key features that draws me to the series. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy the gameplay of the games (including the first one) but if an MMO didn't have any of the writing elements then I don't see how it would relate to the series.
I would not. an MMO tends to lose a lot of the tight character focused narrative that is neptunia's core strength. wouldn't be very interesting to have you turn a quest in to Neptune and she's all like. "wowsie, <Insert player name>, is scary strong!" it wouldn't be personal, it would feel cheap and plasticy.
there might be potential in a story where you are part of a particular nations security force or a freelance guild agent. but that essentially means you'd have to have next to zero interaction with the known characters in the series. which means it would be any mmo just with the neptunia paint on it and you'd be grinding dogoos instead of wolves. nah I think its fine staying the the realm of single player. A co-op action RPG might be okay but I'm still kinda squicky on it.

If the MMO is anything like Diablo(even though it's not really an MMO), FFXI/XIV, EoS, or WoW. Then probably yes. I played a lot of MMORPGs, but I only play and focus one at a time. If I get bored, I'll leave and play another.
If it's gameplay is just like the average Neptunia games. Then I'll pass.

I am not really a fan of MMOs, but I might play a Neptunia one if the playerbase is nice and the game isn't pay-to-win or an excessive grindfest. As the series is now, I don't think there's enough content to create a successful and entertaining MMO.
It would be sad to see others playing my favorite character, because I do not wish to share my waifu.
I'd try it because it's Neptunia, but... I don't really like the massive time investments of MMOs. I'll put in time yes, but I want to be able to play whenever I want. Like being able to drop it for a week or two.

Never really been a fan of MMOs, and I don't think HDN would work all too well as one. The characters and dialogue are what make HDN for me, and in an MMO you'd likely lose focus on those and instead it'd be more about the gameplay. That said I'd still try it for the sole fact it was HDN related, but I'd probably be done with it in a few days.
